UPPER MARLBORO, MD -- Charles H. Patrick, Jr., 57, of Hollaway Drive and formerly of Watervliet, died Tuesday, November 25, 1997 at his residence in Maryland. Born in Savannah, GA in 1939, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Rose White Patrick, Sr. He was a resident of Watervliet for over 16 years where he lived on 23rd Street. He later moved to Buffalo, NY in 1976 and later to Maryland in 1980. While in Watervliet, he was employed by the Norton Company for several years.
